Coral Springs Police detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying a sixth suspect involved in the Dec. 12 attack on a Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School student.
Still images pulled by police from video of the violent incident show the yet-to-be-identified suspect, who detectives believe someone may be able to recognize.

The suspect would be the sixth person to face charges in the case, police said.
Four teenagers were arrested and charged with felony battery Thursday for participating in the brutal after-school attack on the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School student. A fifth alleged participant was taken into custody after turning himself in to police Monday morning, police said.
Video footage recorded during the attack showed a student being slammed to the ground around after school in the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School junior student parking lot at North Community Park in Coral Springs, according to police. The victim was hospitalized with multiple injuries. According to online posts by numerous MSD parents, the teen suffered a fracture to his skull.
The five students named by police as participants in the attack so far are:
– Sylvester Hicks Jr., a 16-year-old student at Marjory Stoneman Douglas.
– Jahmeer Beauziel, a 17-year-old student at Marjory Stoneman Douglas.
– Caleb Hensley, a 17-year-old student at Marjory Stoneman Douglas.
– Jordan Thompson, a 16-year-old student at Marjory Stoneman Douglas.
– Chinua Leefatt, a 15-year-old student at Coral Glades High School.
