Coral Glades, Coral Springs and J.P. Taravella High Schools. {School Duel}
Three local high schools will showcase their academic excellence in the 15th season of School Duel, the premier high school quiz show produced by Broward County Public Schools BECON-TV.
The competition kicks off on Thursday, February 27, at 8 p.m.
Coral Springs, Coral Glades, and J.P. Taravella High Schools will represent Coral Springs in this year’s competition. These schools will compete against other top teams from Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties in a battle of knowledge covering history, literature, math, science, the arts, and pop culture.
Returning as host, Lisa Lee Arneaud will guide students through the fast-paced academic challenge, where quick thinking and teamwork are essential. A total of 24 schools will vie for the championship title and top prizes, including a year’s worth of Chick-fil-A for the first-place team, courtesy of Chick-fil-A South Florida, and cash awards for the runner-up from Brightstar Credit Union.
