Springtime is coming and that can only mean one only thing: Coastal Championship Wrestling returns to the Coral Springs Charter School for their Spring Breakout 2017.
Held on Saturday, April 22, this year’s Spring Breakout is full of twists and turns with best friends turned bitter enemies facing off as The Lost Soul Ricky Rush takes on his former partner and friend Cha Cha Charlie for the Southeastern Championship. Former CCW heavyweight champion also gets a chance at redemption as Coastal Championship Wresting legend Santos takes on the current Coastal Championship Wrestling Heavyweight Champion The G.O.A.T.
Coastal Championship Wrestling Commissioner Eric Rosenauer said he always walks around during shows talking to the fans as well as reading their social media messages, and overwhelmingly, they have been screaming for a match between Santos and current CCW Champion The G.O.A.T.
“This match had to happen,” said Rosenauer. “I want to see it, the fans want to see it, and on April 22, we will finally see these two impressive athletes square up to see who really is the best wrestler in CCW.”
After their controversial win, the new CCW Tag Team Champions, The Droogs are also back in town and they’re headed straight for CCW’s Spring Breakout.
“The mischievous boys from London’s Whitehall district are hard ones to pin down; with this unpredictable gang, you never know what they’ve got in store for Coastal Championship Wrestling fans,” he said.
Plus, he said, former WWE superstars “The Genius” Lanny Poffo, the Vampire Warrior Gangrel, former NXT superstar Josh “The Goods” Woods, and all of your favorite CCW mainstays, Spring Breakout promises to be a night of unforgettable action.
WWE Legends, future WWE Hall of Famers, and young international Superstars poised to breakthrough to TNA, WWE RAW, or WWE Smackdown are all coming to this show.
“I love that only Coastal Championship Wresting brings you these incredible athletes on such a personal level. These aren’t stars you can only see in the ring at a distance. These Superstars meet and interact with our fans before, during intermission, and after our shows making CCW the most family friendly and interactive wrestling promotion in all of South Florida.”
Don’t miss your chance to meet, get autographs, and take pictures with all of your favorite CCW Superstars and WWE Legends.
Rosenauer said that the last few shows at the Coral Springs Charter School have been a huge success with sell-out floor seats and crowds anywhere from 400 to 650 fans and more.
“I don’t expect this show will be any different with so many professional wrestling legends in action; I might even have a few surprises for the show that have not been announced. I couldn’t be more proud of the success we have had and the support the City of Coral Springs has shown us,” he said.
It’s all happening on Saturday, April 22nd at 8 p.m. at the Coral Springs Charter School. Tickets start at just $10 and you can visit www.ccwevents.com to purchase your tickets now. The only to guarantee you will get floor seats to the show and get up close to the action is to buy your tickets now.
