Arc Culinary’s Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen is turning up the heat this spring with a vibrant lineup of culinary experiences in April and May. From seafood feasts to cooking classes and themed dinners, each event supports Arc Broward’s mission to empower children and adults with disabilities and life challenges.
Upcoming Events:
- Fin-Tastic Seafood Feast – Thursday, April 10 at 7 p.m.
Guests will enjoy a four-course ocean-to-table dinner featuring caviar-topped crispy potatoes, miso-glazed salmon, and sweet bellini pancakes. - Meatloaf and Mash Cooking Class – Thursday, April 17 at 7 p.m.
Led by Chef Michelle Gallo, this hands-on class teaches home cooks how to perfect comfort food classics like tender meatloaf and creamy mashed potatoes. - Murder Mystery Dinner: 80s “Hungry Like a Wolf” – Saturday, April 19 at 7 p.m.
This interactive 1980s-themed evening includes a four-course meal and a side of whodunit fun, complete with potato skins, chicken marsala, and retro desserts. - Mexican and Tequila Experience – Thursday, May 8 at 7 p.m.
A bold four-course fusion of Mexican cuisine and premium tequila, featuring dishes like lobster pozole and duck confit tostadas.
Tickets range from $89 to $99, with some including alcoholic beverages and gratuity. All proceeds benefit Arc Broward’s programs.
