{Blue Stream Fiber}
As hurricane season gets underway, Blue Stream Fiber is assuring its Coral Springs customers of its commitment to keeping them connected during severe weather events.
The company said it takes storm preparedness seriously, implementing year-round strategies to protect its network and minimize service disruptions. If a service interruption occurs, customers do not need to call, as systems automatically detect issues and begin repairs immediately.
“Our goal is to allow customers to focus on what matters most—staying safe,” the company said in a statement.
Tips to Prepare for a Storm
Blue Stream Fiber encourages customers to take a few precautions of their own to stay connected and protected:
-
Back up important data. Use cloud storage or an external hard drive to ensure access to files in the event of flooding or evacuation.
-
Charge your devices. Keep phones, tablets and power banks fully charged before the storm arrives.
-
Use surge protectors. Safeguard electronic equipment from unexpected power surges, or unplug devices during the storm.
Stay Updated
Blue Stream Fiber said it will monitor its network throughout any storm and provide customers with updates on outages and service restoration.
Information will be available on its Storm Updates Page, on its Facebook page, and via email from noreply@bluestreamfiber.com.
