On Friday night, the Coral Springs Charter football team defeated Northeast High School 60-27 in their homecoming game.

This was the Panthers’ second game four days after Calvary Christian Academy was moved to Monday. Despite touchdowns from Dominic Dunn and Collin Teschky, the Panthers fell 33-14. However, they improved their record to 3-3 with their win over the Hurricanes and scored the most points in a game since they beat Inlet Grove High School 77-0 in 2016.
Dunn added four more rushing touchdowns against Northeast, while Michael Snow added two. Preston Griffin and Cayman Maragh each had one. Quarterback Tyler Tarabulos threw the lone touchdown pass to Jordan Woods.
Next, the Panthers are set to hit the road and play Pine Crest on Friday, Oct. 14, at 7 p.m. Pine Crest is 5-1 this year and defeated CSC 42-16. in 2021. They have also won the last four head-to-head meetings.
