The Coral Springs Craft Guild is ushering in the holiday season early with its 46th Annual Craft Show and Holiday Boutique, a community tradition celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and charity.
This year’s show takes place Friday, Sept. 26, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 27, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at La Quinta Inn, 3701 N. University Drive in Coral Springs.
Friday’s Preview Sale has a $3 admission fee, or guests may bring three canned goods to be donated to a local food bank. Admission is free on Saturday.
The juried show features exclusively handcrafted items made by Guild members, including seasonal décor for Halloween, Christmas, and Hanukkah; unique jewelry and wearables; home décor; and handcrafted gifts for children.
Founded 47 years ago, the Coral Springs Craft Guild is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated not only to the art of crafting but also to community service throughout South Florida.
Over the years, the Guild has donated time, crafts, and resources to nursing homes, hospitals, first responders, homeless shelters, animal rescues, and the Ronald McDonald House. They’ve also hosted free crafting classes for foster children and local adults and awarded over $67,000 in scholarships to high school seniors pursuing education in the arts.
