The Coral Springs Police Department reported numerous crimes across the city between November 10 and 16, 2025. Please note that the police have redacted the names of victims and addresses of most incidents.
INCIDENTS
Traffic & Safety Incidents
Traffic violations were reported at multiple locations throughout the week, including Sample Road, University Drive, Riverside Drive, and Atlantic Boulevard.
Several “Risk of Harm” calls were handled across the city throughout the week.
Several Baker Acts were initiated between Nov. 10–16.
Unattended death reported on Nov. 11 at NW 121st Lane.
A plane crash was reported on NW 57th Way on Nov. 10. Two deaths were reported.
Disturbances & Domestic Incidents
Domestic disturbances were reported on NW 115th Avenue, NW 109th Avenue, and other residential areas.
Multiple domestic batteries were investigated, including incidents on Nov. 12, 15, and 16.
Battery
Several battery incidents were reported, including one involving a victim 65 years or older on Nov. 10.
Additional simple battery cases occurred throughout the week, including incidents on Nov. 15 and 16.
Fraud & Identity Theft
Multiple reports of identity theft were filed, including cases involving stolen personal information dating back several months.
Fraud-related incidents included losses ranging from $856 to nearly $10,000.
Theft & Property Crimes
Auto parts thefts totaling small losses occurred on Oct. 22–23 and again between Oct. 27–Nov. 10.
Petit thefts and retail thefts were reported at various commercial locations, including a shoplifting case at Publix with a $118 loss and a Macy’s theft totaling $166.
Felony retail thefts exceeding $1,000 were reported at Turtle Creek Drive and Riverside Drive.
Grand theft cases included losses of $5,550, $2,192, and additional reported auto thefts.
Criminal mischief cases ranged from damage under $1,000 to vehicle damage over $1,000.
Business Crimes
A burglary to a business at State Road 7 on Nov. 16 resulted in more than $4,000 in stolen property.
Weapon, Drug & Safety Violations
Narcotics violations were investigated at locations along Wiles Road and State Road 7.
A DUI arrest was made on Nov. 13.
A case involving computer pornography/possession of child pornography was reported on Nov. 13.
Animal-Related Incidents
Two animal bites were reported.
An animal cruelty investigation was initiated on Nov. 16.
Missing Persons & Found Property
Several missing person reports were filed and one was recovered.
Found property cases were logged throughout the city.
ARRESTS
Emanuel Leon Brown, 42 — Battery (intentionally causing bodily harm).
Ashante Woods, 33 — Driving while license suspended, third or subsequent offense.
Nicholas Anthony Finno, 29 — Racing on highway.
Charles Bernard Ogburn, 54 — Driving while license suspended, third or subsequent offense.
Shraine Lataredhya Plater, 24 — Aggravated battery using a deadly weapon.
Lemetrion D. Williams, 22 — Domestic battery.
Luke William Bryce Mordon, 21 — Possession of more than 20 grams of cannabis/synthetic cannabinoids.
Nakiah R. Walker, 18 — Retail theft.
Betty Lazare, 42 — DUI, first offense.
Jerome Marsiks Jackson, 46 — Felony retail theft $750+ with prior convictions.
Dominique L. Moton, 34 — Petit theft.
Kenney Cherima, 22 — Domestic battery (intentionally causing bodily harm).
