Coral Springs residents are invited to a fun, educational, and community engagement day as the Coral Springs Improvement District (CSID) hosts its Customer Appreciation Day.
Held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 10300 NW 11th Manor in Coral Springs, this free, family-friendly event offers residents a behind-the-scenes look at the vital services that keep the community running smoothly.
Attendees will be able to explore CSID’s Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Plant and Wastewater Plant and gain insights into how the stormwater team prevents flooding in the area.
In addition to facility tours, visitors can meet CSID staff from key departments, including Customer Service and Billing, who will be available to answer questions and provide helpful information about district services.
The event will also have activities, including bounce houses, live music, delicious food, and various kids’ activities—all completely free. Guests can also take home exclusive CSID swag bags and enter a free raffle for a chance to win great prizes.
