The Coral Springs Chapter of the Southern Handcraft Society will host its 31st Annual “Holiday Extravaganza” craft show much earlier than usual this year due to renovations at the La Quinta Hotel.
The popular event will take place Thursday, Sept. 11, from 4 to 8 p.m.; Friday, Sept. 12, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday, Sept. 13, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at La Quinta Hotel, located at 3701 N. University Drive in Coral Springs. Admission is $3 on Thursday’s preview day and free on Friday and Saturday.
A juried event, the Holiday Extravaganza features a wide variety of handcrafted goods perfect for the fall and holiday seasons—including Halloween, Christmas, and Hanukkah items. Shoppers can expect to find a wide range of items, including ornaments, home décor, jewelry, greeting cards, beach-themed gifts, fabric crafts, and artwork.
The Coral Springs Chapter welcomes new members who are interested in learning new craft techniques, sharing ideas, and participating in future craft shows.
