The most outgoing of his littermates, 4-month-old Parker, is a Texas Heeler-mix with an enormous sense of fun and a huge heart to match.
He is fun, playful, and full of the joys of puppyhood, exploring his surroundings and learning how to navigate the world. He also loves to learn and is an attentive student.
Parker was part of a hoarding case and was confiscated, but the experience has not dampened his enthusiasm or his spirit.
Popo Rescue is a local non-profit dedicated to rescuing dogs from the most overcrowded shelters and either placing them in foster homes or taking them on rescue transports where a network of Popo’s rescue partners welcome them and find them forever homes.

Parker is a loyal, friendly boy who can’t wait to meet his forever family. If you believe this could be you, please email popopupsrescue@gmail.com.
