Prospective homeowners in Parkland and Coral Springs are invited to a free Home Buyer Seminar designed to demystify the real estate process and help buyers take the next confident step toward owning a home.
Hosted by Michael Citron, Parkland’s top-selling Realtor and one of Broward County’s top three real estate professionals, the one-night-only seminar will be held on Thursday, May 15, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Parrot Realty office, located at 5830 Coral Ridge Drive, Suite 250, in Coral Springs.
This in-person event is geared toward first-time buyers as well as those re-entering the market. Citron and his team of industry professionals will cover everything from navigating the new Buyer Brokerage Agreement and understanding commissions to financing options and closing costs.
Special guest speakers include mortgage expert Joe Palopoli, known as “The Loan Ranger” of Supreme Lending, and Jason Ackerman, who will offer insights into what buyers should expect at the closing table.
Attendees will learn how to avoid common pitfalls, how to approach negotiations without overpaying, and how to develop a winning strategy in today’s competitive housing market. The event is designed to provide attendees with practical advice, clarity on next steps, and a no-pressure environment to ask questions and gather the information needed to buy with confidence.
Seats are limited, and advance registration is strongly encouraged. Whether planning to purchase in the coming months or simply beginning to explore the process, this seminar offers valuable tools and firsthand knowledge from trusted local experts.
