Two women-owned businesses are inviting Coral Springs moms out for a fun night of charcuterie and wine.
Home décor boutique Casa Décor provides a wine glass etching class, while catering company BoardYum will teach a masterclass to create a perfect fall-themed charcuterie board.
The event is held at Wow Moms World at The Walk on Saturday, November 6, from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Mary Villalobos, co-owner of Casa Décor, said the charcuterie boards are very trendy right now.
“Fall is the time of parties and celebrations, and hosts want to be able to master the skill of putting the charcuterie boards together – especially for the upcoming holidays. It helps to know how to set them up properly and to pair different things. It will be a very fun class.” she said.
During the charcuterie class, the attendees will build an 8-inch board they can bring home to share with family and friends. The lesson includes assembly instruction and an assortment of cheeses, meats, fruits, nuts, jams, and sweets to make the perfect board.
For the wine glass etching class, Casa Décor offers some fall-themed pre-cut stencils for customizing two glasses. Attendees can also choose the style and the size – 20 oz stemmed wine glasses or 13 oz stemless.
The $120 ticket includes all the tools and supplies, and the first glass of wine is on the house. Wow Moms World will provide beer, wine, and snacks for purchase.
