A man opened fire in the parking lot of a Coral Springs condominium during a domestic dispute with his girlfriend Saturday afternoon before police captured and arrested him, authorities said.
Jon Song Deng, 48, of Boca Raton, visited the woman he was dating at the Edgewater Condominiums, 9055 Wiles Rd., and damaged her apartment, according to Coral Springs Police.
Deng later returned to the property, and the two got into an argument in the parking lot. There, he pulled out a firearm and fired one round, police said.
Records show Deng was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and kidnapping.
No one was hurt in the incident, police said.
Deng was being held without bond Sunday at the Broward Main Jail.
Additional information about his alleged crimes was not immediately available.
