Parkland and Coral Springs homeowners considering selling their homes are invited to a free educational seminar hosted by Michael Citron, Parkland’s top-ranked realtor and Broward County’s No. 1 listing agent in 2024.
The Summer Parkland Home Seller Seminar will take place on Thursday, July 24, 2025, from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Parrot Realty Office, located at 5830 Coral Ridge Drive, Suite 250, in Coral Springs. The event is free to attend, but seating is limited and an RSVP is required. Complimentary food and drinks will be provided.
Citron and his team will provide an in-depth look into the current housing market and what homeowners need to know before selling. The seminar will cover real-time local market trends, pricing strategies, buyer demand, and future forecasts for the remainder of 2025 and beyond.
Attendees will also gain insight into Citron’s proven marketing formula for positioning homes to sell quickly and at top dollar. Additional topics include tax-saving strategies such as Florida tax portability and capital gains exclusions, as well as the impact of interest rates on home values.
The seminar will conclude with an open Q&A session, allowing homeowners to ask questions specific to their situation.
This event is geared toward homeowners planning to sell within the next 6 to 12 months, as well as those interested in learning how to maximize profits and navigate the selling process with confidence.
To reserve a seat, attendees must RSVP in advance. For more information or to register, contact Parrot Realty.
