Animal Bite
A 52-year-old male was the victim of an Animal Bite, at the 3500 block of NW 85th Ave, between 03/10/2020 and 03/14/2020.
Aggravated Assault
A 42-year-old female was a victim of Aggravated Assault at the 11100 block of Heron Bay Blvd on 03/11/2020.
Battery On a Person 65 Years of age or Older
A 76-year-old female was a victim of Battery On a Person 65 Years of age or older at the 100 block of Wiles Rd, between 03/12/2020 and 03/13/2020.
Battery Intentionally Strike/touch Another Person
A 36-year-old male was a victim of Battery Intentionally Strike/touch Another Person Angst Will at the 3200 block of NW 86th Ave, on 03/12/2020.
A 75-year-old female was the victim of a Burglary Conveyance-non-forced Entry at the 8200 block of NW 1st St, between 03/11/2020 and 03/12/2020.
A 40-year-old male was the victim of a Burglary To Residence – Forced Entry at the 4300 block of NW 76th Ave, on 03/14/2020.
A 31-year-old male was the victim of a Burglary Conveyance-non-forced Entry at the 8100 block of NW 27th St, on 03/15/2020.
A 47-year-old female was the victim of Domestic Battery/touch Another Person Against Will at the 4100 block of NW 88th Ave, on 03/15/2020.
A 60-year-old male was the victim of Battery Intentionally Strike/touch Another Person Angst Will at the 4600 block of NW 66th Dr, on 03/15/2020.
A 32-year-old female was the victim of Domestic Battery/touch Another Person Against Will (C), at the 10300 block of Harbor Inn Ct, on 03/16/2020.
Burglary Conveyance from Auto
A 58-year-old female was the victim of a Burglary Conveyance/ Theft From Auto at the 5000 block of NW 100th Ter, between 03/10/2020 and 03/11/2020.
A 39-year-old female was the victim of a Burglary Conveyance/ Theft From Auto at the 11400 block of Lakeview Dr., on 03/12/2020.
A 34-year-old male was the victim of a Burglary Conveyance/ Theft From Auto at the 12200 block of Royal Palm Blvd, between 02/27/2020 and 03/11/2020.
A 28-year-old male was the victim of a Burglary Conveyance/ Theft From Auto at the 800 block of Coral Ridge Dr, between 03/10/2020 and 03/11/2020.
A 40-year-old male was the victim of a Burglary Conveyance/ Theft From Auto at 2700 block of Forest Hills Blvd, between 03/12/2020 and 03/13/2020.

That’s a large and growing list of vehicle break-ins, and every day on the “neighbors” app people are posting videos of people rifling through their cars overnight. Yet look at the arrest list — not one person caught for that crime. Sure, it’s a relatively minor crime, but if it’s going uninvestigated where’s the deterrent?
