Coral Springs has new businesses in the Turtle Run Shoppes retail center.
Supercuts, Inc. and Toys Express, LLC have now opened, according to Grover Corlew, a South Florida-based real estate investment management group.
Toy Express has leased 3,560 sq. ft. of retail space at 6325 West Sample Road, adjacent to anchor Ross Dress for Less. The toy store offers toy products designed for children of all ages as well as ongoing events and activities for families.
Supercuts, Inc. has leased 1,238 sq. ft. of space at 6365 West Sample Road, adjacent to America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. Supercuts, Inc. is a hair salon offering haircuts, styling and color services, as well as a wide selection of nationally recognized professional haircare products. Regis Corporation owns, franchises or holds ownership interests in approximately 8,000 beauty salons and cosmetology educational programs, including Supercuts, Inc.
“The multi-million-dollar renovation of Turtle Run Shoppes includes new retail spaces and a new out parcel, a redesigned façade, extensive landscaping, and five new monument signs,” said Mark Corlew, partner at Grover Corlew. “It’s an ideal location for retailers due to its proximity to the busy Sample Road-441 corridor and is easily accessible to shoppers in Coral Springs, Margate, Pompano Beach and South Boca Raton.”
Both businesses are now open. Toy Express will have their official grand opening on Oct 12 and Supercuts held theirs on August 22.
The 179,000-sq.-ft. Turtle Run Shoppes is located at the intersection of Sample Road and Turtle Creek Drive and is anchored by Ross Dress for Less and Burlington.
