Coral Springs High School girls flag football began their season with an exciting 38-0 win over Atlantic High School.
Madison Hill had a terrific game as she threw and ran for a touchdown while Angenai Richards returned an interception for a score. Norray Richards also caught a touchdown as the Colts moved to 1-0 on the season.
“I am very excited about freshman quarterback Madison Hill,” said Head Coach Brenton Hankerson. “Her IQ is very high, and she can play any position on the field. I am very much looking forward to the rest of the year.”
Up next, Coral Springs will play at Olympic Heights Community High School at 6 p.m. and hopes to improve to 2-0 on the season.
