This summer, families have two fantastic options for their children to enjoy an unforgettable camp experience: the Spitfire Farm Summer Camp and Twine Barn Sanctuary’s Summer Camp.
Both camps offer a range of activities designed to engage, educate, and entertain kids of various age groups.
Spitfire Farm Summer Camp
Running for nine consecutive weeks from June 11 to August 9, the Spitfire Farm Summer Camp promises a fun-filled, educational experience centered around horseback riding and horse care. The camp operates on weekdays, with two attendance options: a Standard Day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and an Extended Day from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Note that there will be no camp on June 10 or July 4 and 5, with prices adjusted accordingly.
The weekly rate for the Standard Day camp is $475, while the Extended Day camp costs $587. Additionally, families enrolling multiple children can benefit from a 10% sibling discount, applicable to the second child and any additional siblings.
Daily activities at the Spitfire Farm Summer Camp include grooming and tacking up horses, riding lessons, untacking and bathing horses, arts and crafts, water activities, games, and nature walks. Children must bring their packed lunch, snacks, and water.
To secure a spot at the camp, guardians must fill out the 2024 Summer Camp Inquiry Form for each child and pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 per child per week. The remaining balance is due a week before the child’s first day of camp. Each week is limited to 20 children, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.
For more information or to register, guardians can contact Spitfire Farm at 954-903-1772 or via email at kaitlyn@spitfirefarm.com. The registration form can be accessed online here.
Twine Barn Sanctuary’s Summer Camp
