How Ya Dough’n?, a new pizza restaurant, celebrated its grand opening on Thursday.
The Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon-cutting and social event. Community leaders, including State Rep. Christine Hunschofsky and Commissioner Shawn Cerra, participated.
“Congratulations! This looks amazing, and we are glad to have your business in our community,” said Hunschofsky.
“We welcome you to Coral Springs, and we are committed to your success,” said Cerra.
Those who attended the opening were treated to free slices of pizza and chicken wings. The social event offered a high-energy atmosphere.
Owner Garett Goodman is looking forward to serving the Coral Springs community and believes the special dough that How Ya Dough’n? uses will be popular. “The sourdough is fermented for seven to ten days, and we insist on using the best ingredients for our pizza,” he said.
Some of the more popular pizzas are the OG, like a margarita pizza and a pistachio pizza. The restaurant offers wings, salads, and other items.
“A friend suggested I open in the Modera Cornerstone Plaza, and when I saw it, I decided to open here. This is a great place for a pizza restaurant,” said Goodman. The company has two locations in Boca Raton and one in Boynton Beach.
The opening celebration will take place all weekend. On April 24, 25, and 26, starting at 11 a.m., the first 100 guests will receive a free small pizza.
How Ya Dough’n? is located at 3260 North University Drive inside the Modera complex. Business hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
