Coral Springs residents are invited to an event featuring Joshua A. Simmons, Coral Springs Commissioner, and Rich Logis, the Florida Co-Chair of Republicans for Harris and Executive Director of Leaving MAGA.
The fireside chat, which will take place at the Coral Springs Center for the Arts in the Executive Room on Friday, October 18, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., will delve into Logis’ journey from supporting the MAGA movement to becoming a vocal critic.
Attendees are invited to hear firsthand why Logis decided to leave the Donald Trump—or MAGA—ideology and align with the Harris Walz campaign. As the co-chair of Republicans for Harris, Logis will also share his thoughts on the broader implications for the Republican Party in Florida and beyond.
Simmons has organized it as an engaging evening of civil political discourse. The event will address the future of the Republican Party and its potential transformation in the current political landscape ahead of this November’s Presidential election.
