Wings Plus on Sample Road in Coral Springs {Coral Springs Talk}
Coral Springs Community Chest is set to host a fundraiser at Wings Plus to raise funds for the organization’s many charitable community causes.
On August 28, between 12:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., Wings Plus will donate 15% of the total bill of those customers who mention the Coral Springs Community Chest Fundraiser to their server.
Diners visiting Wings Plus between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. can participate in a raffle for gift baskets and door prizes and Coral Springs Community Chest Trustee members will be on hand to distribute raffle tickets.
The Coral Springs Community Chest is a non-profit organization established in 1988 that has raised $2 million to support non-profit organizations with programs benefiting residents.
Each year, non-profits serving Coral Springs residents may submit a funding request application to the Coral Springs Community Chest. The trustees review each application and finalize grant recipients in September. In October, grants are awarded to many non-profits that best serve the community.
For additional details about the fundraising event and the cause it supports, individuals can visit the Coral Springs Community Chest website or contact the organization at CSCommunitychest@gmail.com or 954-328-9273.
