The first year in business is often the hardest for a restaurant. Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian restaurant is celebrating its one-year anniversary by inviting the community to a special Easter brunch, marking a significant milestone for the business.
There will be a month-long party, the “Sunday Brunch Club,” running on Sundays from April 1 through Mother’s Day, May 10. It will begin at 11:00 a.m. and run until 3 p.m. Guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet of Italian food.
Featured stations include a raw bar, charcuterie antipasto, chef carving, small Italian plates, desserts, and bottomless brunch cocktails, all for $79 per adult and $39 for children under 12, according to Gabriella Favitta, spokesperson for the restaurant.
“The Sunday Brunch Club centers on a vibrant, indulgent, and social Sunday brunch experience, featuring great food and cocktails designed specifically to bring people together—exactly how we envisioned Sundays,” said Eddie Pozzuoli, owner of Eddie & Vinny’s Coastal Italian, in a statement.
In the past year, Eddie and Vinny’s has launched a ladies’ night on Thursday nights, featuring a weekly giveaway of a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes. Additionally, on Member Monday, wine club members receive 50% off any bottle of wine at the restaurant.
The restaurant is located at 10181 West Sample Road. Business hours are Monday – Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Fridays from 11:30 a.m.- 11 p.m., Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 9 p.m. During most of the year, Sunday hours are from 5 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The next restaurant for P Hospitality, owner of Eddie & Vinny’s, is Ember & Vine, opening summer 2026 at 5920 Coral Ridge Drive. Offering breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner, it will also partner with 360F Coffee to create a coffee program. According to Favitta, food will be served on small to medium plates to encourage sharing.
“This will be Napa Valley-inspired, so we will have an extensive wine program with a focus on Napa Valley wines and Coravin, which is a method to preserve bottles once they are opened,” said Favitta.
