The Knife celebrated its grand opening at the Coral Square Mall with a ribbon-cutting celebration on Thursday afternoon.
The Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce led the event, which was attended by Coral Springs commission members and community leaders.
Located at the Coral Square Mall, The Knife is an Argentinian-style steakhouse offering an unlimited buffet for $49 on weekdays and $54 on weekends. There is a salad bar with 25 items, soup, and grilled vegetables. Meat includes chicken, beef, pork, and sausages. As part of the meal, guests can receive two beers and unlimited house wine or soda, according to Pedro Rivero, General Manager.
“We are glad to be in Coral Springs and have an exciting concept. The community response has been positive,” said Rivero.
The Knife includes two VIP rooms that will eventually feature traditional menus, allowing guests to order higher-quality cuts of meat.
Mayor Scott Brook welcomed The Knife and said the restaurant will benefit Coral Springs and attract customers to the mall.
