
Coral Springs Charter Girls Bowling Team. {David Volz}
The Coral Springs Charter girls bowling team capped off a terrific season with a trip to the State Championship.
The girls finished in sixth place out of 34 teams, a few pins shy of qualifying for the top six. Faith Tucker led the Panthers, knocking down 714 pins in four rounds. Her high score came in her second round after bowling a 226. Cameron Thiele was second on the team with 685, 45 more than Audrey Gold. Jazz Chung and Giovanna Gurgel also competed for the Panthers
Previously, the Panthers won a BCAA and District Championship, while the boys team had Kenan Neita bowl a 563 over four rounds, with a high of 167 in his first round.
