Fans of the Eagles and Billy Joel can enjoy a unique musical experience this fall as a string quartet performs some of the legendary artists’ greatest hits during a candlelit concert at First Church Coral Springs.
Presented by SOLAS Presents, “Eagles vs. Billy Joel by Candlelight” is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 4, from 8 to 9 p.m. at First Church Coral Springs. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.
The one-hour performance will feature classical arrangements of some of the most recognizable songs from both artists in an intimate setting illuminated by candlelight.
The concert’s setlist is expected to include favorites such as “Take It Easy,” “Hotel California,” “Lyin’ Eyes” and “One of These Nights” by the Eagles, along with Billy Joel classics including “Piano Man,” “Vienna,” “Tell Her About It” and “We Didn’t Start the Fire.” Additional songs will also be performed.
The event is described as a multisensory musical experience that blends live string performances with the ambiance of a candlelit venue.

The concert is open to all ages. Seating is unreserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The performance will last approximately 60 minutes. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early, as doors open 30 minutes before showtime.
