Non-instructional staff are often the first point of contact for people on an academic campus and set the tone for the kind of learning environment it is.
Employees who show exemplary interpersonal skills, and zeal for life and learning, are being recognized alongside Teacher of the Year nominees. These include school office managers, bookkeepers, bus drivers, librarians, custodians, counselors, and clerical workers.
These employees make the public schools in Coral Springs sparkle and shine and bubble with personality.
The 2021 Caliber Award nominees for Employee of the Year have demonstrated leadership and exemplary teamwork. They were nominated by all of the people who make up their school communities, from parents and teachers to students and administrators.
