This friendly, calm, and fun-loving Labrador-mix boy quickly established himself as a volunteer favorite at the shelter.
Cornbread is a regular on the “Lunch Buddy” circuit and loves to attend adoption events as an ambassador for both his Lab-mix breed and for adoption in general.
He is a personable dog who pays attention when you are speaking to him, and he is happy to sit and wait patiently for you to be ready to play.
He likes playing and hanging out with other dogs and has shared a kennel with another pup at the shelter. Although he is quite tall, Cornbread is very easy to walk, never pulling and always remembering his basic commands. He is an easy-going boy who is looking for a home where he can enjoy frequent cuddles, treats, and belly rubs.
He is a once-in-a-lifetime dog who you will wonder how you ever lived without once you get him home.
Cornbread says to Coral Springs residents: “Let’s start the rest of our lives together!”
Cornbread’s ID # is A2008519, and he is currently at the Broward County Animal Care and Adoption, 2400 SW 42nd Street, Fort Lauderdale. Open Tuesday – Sunday 11:00 am – 6:00 pm.
