Two eateries serving delectable treats and a new wine bar are coming to Coral Springs’ Cornerstone Plaza.
Copenhagen Corner Wine Bar, Let’s Chill Homemade Ice Cream, and Paris Baguette are the latest businesses to sign leases for space at the downtown property, according to the city.
The eateries will be situated amid fine dining, coffee shops, and retail stores on the ground level of Modera Coral Springs, the apartments at the heart of the open-air, mixed-use Cornerstone project.
Tacocraft has already opened at the property. Other leasees include Rumble Boxing, Gary Rack’s Farmhouse, and Mitch’s Downtown, with a number of other businesses expected to fill out the plaza’s retail space.
According to Paris Baguette, the company is a French-inspired bakery café chain with South Korean roots. They opened their first U.S. café in 2005 and expect to be operating 1,000 locations internationally by 2030, according to their website.
Paris Baguette has multiple Florida locations, including one in Delray Beach.
“Guests can taste the difference in our pastries, cakes, and breads that are made fresh on-site at each café while enjoying a warm and welcoming bakery café experience that delivers joy to everyone,” the company says.
The other business bringing sweet treats to Cornerstone Plaza, Let’s Chill, is currently located at 9739 W. Sample Rd. The business, which will relocate downtown, serves homemade artisanal ice cream and other cold treats, including boozy ice cream.
Let’s Chill won a national award for its homemade vanilla ice cream in November.
The third new business readying to set up in Cornerstone Plaza, Copenhagen Corner Wine Bar, is expected to match the higher-end feel of the property.
The apartments above the plaza’s retail space, Modera Coral Springs, will consist of two buildings with eight floors. The south tower is already complete and features 351 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
The north tower will feature 353 apartments with an estimated completion date in fall 2025, according to the city.
