Those seeking a sweet treat and pleasant service should visit Pavlova Co in Coral Springs.
A dessert-focused restaurant, Pavlova is dedicated to creating a pleasant experience with a variety of treats and drinks.
The pavlova is a meringue-based dessert that is light and crispy on the outside, with a soft interior, and is usually topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit, according to Alejandra Cruz, the owner.
“Our best-seller is the passion fruit pavlova,” said Cruz. “We want our place to feel like a little piece of heaven where people can enjoy a treat and a coffee or fruit drink.”
Pavlova also serves a sweet pavlova croissant with strawberries and chocolate, a peanut butter croissant, and more. The shop offers obleas—two thin wafers with a sweet, gooey filling like dulce de leche—and various cannolis, according to Cruz.
Pavlova’s atmosphere is comfortable, and Cruz welcomes everyone with a smile. The restaurant has been open for about four months. “I want to open more restaurants in this area,” she said.
Pavlova is located at 7610 Wiles Road in Coral Springs. Business hours are 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
