It was a special day for the J.P. Taravella baseball team on Wednesday when six players officially signed their letter of intent to play in college.
“Today is all about these players and parents,” said Head Coach Joe Giummule. “Today, their dreams came true as they are officially signed to further their education and play baseball. Crazy, only 9 percent of high school baseball players go on to play in college, and today these players joined the select few.”
