From some of the outstanding pitched games this year to the walk-off hits, 2021 will go down as one of the best seasons in Coral Glades softball history.
It ultimately came to an end Thursday afternoon as the Jaguars fell to West Broward High School 6-0. Still, Coral Glades managed five hits against one of the top pitchers in the county.
They finished the season off at 13-8, which is tied for the most wins they have ever had in a season. The Jaguars went 13-9 in 2017 before they fell in the postseason to St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
Coral Glades will return their entire roster next season as they have no seniors. Their roster consists this year of eight freshmen and five sophomores. The Jaguars had eight players this year with at least ten hits, while Isabella Vega and Bianca Guerra were effective on the mound all year.
