The Coral Glades football team continues its rebuild by adding Zackery Poole from Monarch High School as their new offensive coordinator.
Poole says he is super excited to be a part of this program and coach Casullo staff and feels there is a lot of uncovered talent in the area.
“I’m excited for the opportunity to put not only this school but the players who have bought in and worked their tails off the map,” Poole said. “Coral Glades will be a winning program, and we will make this place a place to foster and change young men into great students, men of the community, and great footballers.”
Poole previously had the same role at Monarch High School and helped lead the Knights to their second straight District Championship and first Regional Title in school history.
“Zach is one of the better up-and-coming offensive-minded coaches in South Florida,” Head Coach Rocco Casullo said. “I think it is huge for our staff. My staff is very solid, and adding Zach gives us a college-minded offensive coordinator at the high school level.”
Casullo also added Jacob Rice to his staff. Coral Glades won only one game a season ago but expects to contend for District Championships in the upcoming years. Coral Glades features one of the top rising quarterbacks in the state, Mason Hall, who previously played under Coach Poole at Monarch High School before transferring over this past year.
