
The Coral Glades High School band honored its seniors. {David Volz}
The Coral Glades High School Marching Band honored its seniors during the Nova High School football game on October 24.
Valery Perez has enjoyed her seven years as a trumpet player; three years in the Forest Glen band and four years in the Coral Glades program. “I love practicing and performing. We are a big family, and I have made many friends in the band,” she said.
Evelyn Frias, a member of the color guard, has many positive memories. “I have enjoyed performing and participating in competitions,” she said.
Band director Alexander Sanchez said he is proud of the seniors and has enjoyed helping them work to reach their potential as musicians.
