The crimes and arrests below is a summary of events that occurred from January 6 – 12, 2021, through our communication effort with the Coral Springs Police Department. Names of those not arrested have been redacted.

Aggravated Assault

A 28-year-old male was a victim of Aggravated Assault at the 2700 block of Coral Springs Dr. on 01/10/2021.

Animal Bite

An Animal Bite occurred at the 3200 block of NW 114th Ln on 01/07/2021.

Battery

A 40-year-old male was the victim of Battery Intentionally Strike/touch Another Person Angst Will at the 11700 block of NW 1st St on 01/07/2021.

A 23-year-old female was the victim of Battery Intentionally Strike/touch Another Person Angst Will at the 7300 block of W Sample Rd on 01/08/2021.

Burglary Conveyance

A 31-year-old female was the victim of Burglary Conveyance/ Theft From Auto at the 600 block of N University Dr, on 01/06/2021. Tot. Est. Loss: $80.

Child Neglect

An unnamed child was a victim of Child Neglect at the 7100 block of NW 45th St on 01/06/2021.

Child Abuse

An unnamed child was a victim of Child Abuse (no Injury) at the 8200 block of Wiles Rd on 01/06/2021.

Domestic Battery

A 20-year-old male was a victim of a Domestic Battery Crime, at the 3100 block of N University Dr on 01/06/2021.

A 19-year-old male was a victim of Domestic Battery Crime at the 2600 block of Riverside Dr on 01/08/2021.

A 37-year-old female was a victim of Domestic Battery Crime at the 3700 block of Riverside Dr on 01/08/2021.

Domestic Disturbance

A Domestic Disturbance was reported at the 5400 block of NW 121st Av, on 01/06/2021. No victims listed.

Extortion/Threats

A 29-year-old male was the victim of Extortion/Threats at an unknown address in Coral Springs on 01/07/2021.

Theft

Office Depot was a victim of Shoplifting/Petit Theft at 9545 Westview Dr, on 01/07/2021. Tot. Est. Loss: $538.

Vehicle Fire

A Vehicle Fire was reported at 3400 Rock Island Rd/w Sample Rd on 01/07/2021. No victims listed.

Arrests

Desir, Kevin Lavira (B M, 43) was arrested on Criminal Mischief charges Over $1,000 (third Degree) in Coral Springs on 01/06/2021.

Swarzak, Roy Anthony (W M, 64) was arrested on charges of Falsely Identify Self As Contractor at 4130 Nw 88th Av, on 01/06/2021.

Noah, Drevontae Dashaun (B M, 25), was arrested on charges of Carrying A Concealed Firearm at 9700 Riverside Dr on 01/07/2021.

Eason, Alycya Queen (B F, 20) was arrested on Battery charges (intentionally Cause Bodily Harm) Domestic at 2601 Riverside Dr on 01/08/2021.

Mallett, Kadeem E. (B M, 24) was arrested on Battery charges (intentionally Cause Bodily Harm) Dating at 7300 W Sample Rd on 01/08/2021.

Marc, Marcus (B M, 24) was arrested on charges of Loitering Or Prowling at Sawgrass Ramp Se/sawgrass Ramp SW on 01/08/2021.

Reid Morgan, Devante Antonio Malcolm (B M, 20) was arrested on charges of Battery / Touch Or Strike/battery/domestic Viol in Coral Springs on 01/09/2021.
