Incidents
Burglary
A vehicle burglary was reported on June 23. Property valued at approximately $1,050 was stolen from a vehicle.
An attempted vehicle burglary was reported on June 28.
Battery
A battery was reported June 22.
A second battery was reported later that day.
An aggravated battery was reported June 26.
Three domestic battery incidents were reported during the week.
Sexual Battery
A sexual battery was reported June 22 and remains under investigation.
Theft
A fraud victim reported a loss of approximately $62,059.
A grand theft of approximately $10,000 was reported June 22.
Another grand theft with an estimated loss of $1,000 was reported June 23.
Home Depot, 750 N. University Drive, reported a grand theft of merchandise valued at $2,047.
A resident reported a grand theft of approximately $9,000.
A felony retail theft totaling $1,236 was reported at 7 N. University Drive.
A resident reported a grand theft totaling $2,094.
Another grand theft with an estimated loss of $5,000 was reported June 24.
A resident reported fraud by impersonation with a loss of approximately $5,450.
An attempted identity theft was reported June 24.
A resident reported a petit theft of $90.
Pepperoni Grill, 9174 Wiles Road, reported a $70 theft.
Retail thefts were reported at Home Depot, Dollar Tree, Aldi, Walgreens, Walmart and Target throughout the week.
Multiple shoplifting incidents were reported at Target, Walmart, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Aldi and Home Depot.
Fraud
One attempted fraud case was reported June 23.
A fraud by impersonation resulted in a reported loss of $5,450.
Criminal Mischief
Criminal mischief causing more than $1,000 in damage was reported at a business on Wiles Road.
Another criminal mischief incident involving damage between $200 and $1,000 was reported June 28.
DUI
One DUI arrest followed a traffic stop on West Sample Road.
Narcotics
One narcotics possession case was reported June 27.
Fires
A residential fire was reported June 22.
A structure fire was reported June 25.
A vehicle fire was reported June 27.
Animal Incidents
Two animal bite incidents were reported.
One attempted animal bite incident was also reported.
Baker Acts
Nine Baker Act incidents were reported during the week.
Other Incidents
Several domestic disturbances were reported throughout the city.
Multiple “risk of harm” investigations were conducted.
Several suspicious incidents were documented.
Police also investigated found property, recovered stolen property, recovered a stolen vehicle, written threats, information reports, open alcohol violations and requests to assist other agencies.

Sarah Delerme, 37 — Felony capias.
Tommy Chavez, 52 — Petit theft (third or subsequent offense).
Louis Oldoni, 61 — Misdemeanor capias.
Blanca Maradiaga Mateo, 28 — Misdemeanor capias.
Amanda Neves Gibson, 31 — Domestic battery.
Daniel Lubin, 45 — DUI.
Joshua Cardine Nelson, 39 — Shoplifting/petit theft.
Debbie Jean Charles, 27 — Domestic battery.
Peter Matthew Marzio, 44 — Felony capias.
Marcy Lynn Leigh, 58 — Petit theft.
Nicholas Sage Poltronieri, 25 — Retail grand theft.
Cameron Kenan-Kedar Wilson, 26 — Misdemeanor capias.
Jimmon Raynard Williams, 45 — Possession of cocaine.
Jhonatan A. Salas Vidal, 37 — Domestic battery.
Diego Alexander Sinisterra Camacho, 49 — Shoplifting/petit theft.
Pilar Lara, 40 — Shoplifting/petit theft.
