Coral Springs Youth Soccer will be having their registrations for the 2012-2013 season on Saturday, August 25 from 9am until 3pm and Saturday September 8 from 9am until 4pm.
The fees are once again $85 for those playing in the U6/U8 age-groups, and $95 for all others.
LOCATION – SAME AS LAST YEAR: Registrations will be held at Cypress Hall in Cypress Hammock Park at 1300 Coral Springs Drive. It is located on the west side of the road, adjacent to the pool and tennis courts. It is across the street from the baseball fields.
ON-LINE REGISTRATION: This year we will again providing on-line registration via Credit Cards and/or Pay Pal accounts for returning players who are Coral Springs residents and have played with us anytime in the past 3 seasons. On-line registration has the same fees as in-person registration and is now available by clicking here. Late fees and/or wait-listing will apply to registrations made after September 12.
Below they have listed what you need to make registration quick and easy…
New Players
- A copy of the Child’s Birth Certificate or Passport.
- Proof of Coral Springs residency (Utility Bill, etc), or non-resident sport card*
- A completed CSYS Registration Form signed by a parent or guardian. The forms are available on-line by clicking here.
- Cash or check for the Player’s Fee of $85 or $95 (see below), [which includes City Sports Tax of $16] made out to Coral Springs Youth Soccer.
- Bring all of the above to the one of the Registrations at Cypress Hall in Cypress Hammock Park on August 25 or September 8 between 9am and 3pm.
- New players, except those in the U6 program, must attend a New Player Ratings Session at Mullins Park on September 22. Details and schedule will also be provided at the registration.
Returning Players
Returning players who are Coral Springs Residents and have played with us at any point in the past 3 seasons may use our on-line system to submit their registration. If you utilize this feature, you do not need to attend the August 25 or September 8 registrations, but may still wish to do so for coaching applications or to purchase items from our discount equipment store.
If you wish to or need to sign-up in person, you will need the following:

* Non Residents
Players who are not residents of the City of Coral Springs must first purchase a non-resident sports card ($172 per family) from the Parks & Recreation Department. This is located in the Gymnasium at 2501 Coral Springs Drive.
