A new farm-forward delivery and takeaway store coming to Coral Springs is about to make eating healthy much easier.
A new chapter in healthy eating is set to begin in Coral Springs as Farm to Fork Meals, a renowned meal plan delivery service, announces the opening of its latest location in The Walk in March.
Farm to Fork Meals specializes in chef-made, all-natural gourmet meals designed with health, nutrition, and convenience in mind. Unlike traditional meal prep kits, Farm to Fork offers fully prepared meals, requiring only a quick heat-up in the microwave or oven.
Farm to Fork Meals is inspired by Michael Panza, a gourmet chef with over a decade of culinary expertise. His vision was to bring healthy and natural cuisine to South Florida, offering a personalized culinary experience for each customer.
Farm to Fork will cater to various dietary needs with three distinct meal plans: FIT, Paleo, and Vegetarian meal options, each customizable and interchangeable weekly.
Kristen Reineke, a marketing representative from Farm to Fork Meals, tells Coral Springs Talk Farms to Fork that it is looking to revolutionize the healthy eating space, making it more accessible and more affordable than ever to eat good food and fast.
“We’re not just a delivery service; our stores, including the upcoming one in Coral Springs, offer meals-to-go options. It’s about providing healthy, ready-made meals across South Florida and beyond,” says Reineke.
Emphasizing the benefits of healthy eating, Reineke shares that Farm to Fork has put quite a bit of thought into what they offer to ensure all the guesswork and thought is taken out of the process for their customers
“Each meal is portion-controlled and nutritionally balanced, made from locally sourced, premium ingredients. Our menu constantly evolves, reflecting seasonal produce available in South Florida, supporting local farmers and sustainable food practices.” Reineke said.
Reineke says the upcoming offerings will include a flexible billing system with quarterly, monthly, and weekly options, ensuring affordability and convenience. Deliveries occur twice weekly to maintain the freshness of meals.
Asked for recommendations, she shares that the favorite dishes crafted by Chef Panza are the Crème Brulee French Toast Casserole for breakfast, Herb Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast for lunch, and Spinach & Roasted Peppers Stuffed Salmon for dinner.
In 2019, the company expanded its meal delivery operations to serve residents in Tallahassee. The prior year, Farm to Fork Meals expanded its café operation to a 40,000-square-foot facility in Oakland Park to create and deliver fresh, ready-made meals to customers throughout Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties. The café in Oakland Park closed to make way for the new meals-to-go store now open in Fort Lauderdale and Miami, according to Supermarket Perimeter.
The new location will be at 2912 N University Drive, which was formerly part of the former T-Mobile and Spring space. There will now be two spaces, one for Farm to Fork Meals and another for Charles Schwab, opening in March. A small portion of the original space was carved out and added to WowMoms as an additional room for parties and classes, according to Gillian Johnson with Amera Properties.
Coral Springs residents can anticipate the grand opening of Farm to Fork Meals at The Walk in March. Stay tuned for updates here.
