D1 Training, a new fitness facility offering athletic-based training for youth and adults, opens on November 11.
Located at 3450 NW 62nd Ave in Margate, the facility aims to provide fitness programs based on sports science to help participants of all ages achieve their athletic and health goals.
In a statement to Talk Media, D1 Training, a fitness concept known for its five core tenets—dynamic warm-up, performance, strength program, core and conditioning, and cool-down—said it employs certified trainers to lead group and one-on-one sessions.
Programs cater to various age groups, with categories for Rookie (ages 7-11), Developmental (ages 12-14), Prep (ages 15-18), and D1 Adult, each tailored to specific fitness levels and goals.
Coral Springs resident Justin Williams will own and operate the new location. A University of Florida alumnus and longtime fan of D1 Training franchisee Tim Tebow, Williams says his interest in fitness and community involvement fueled his decision to join the franchise.

“It was important for me to own a business that would give back to the community and get everyone involved,” Williams said. “Our new location will be a full-on family affair, and we can’t wait to help the families of Coral Springs reach their fitness goals together.”
