Broker and Owner Michael Longo is excited about his new Icon Realty Office in Coral Springs.
On September 29, Icon Realty celebrated its grand opening and ribbon-cutting, hosted by the Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce and attended by business and community leaders, including Mayor Scott Brook.
“We focus on luxury residential real estate, but we work with all types of homes. Coral Springs is a good place for real estate because there is a lot of new construction taking place,” said Longo.
Because of his knowledge and negotiating skills, Longo believes he can help people who want to buy or sell a home. He said a realtor should know the neighborhoods and the condition of the homes there to help a customer purchase a home. “I like working in the Coral Springs market, and I want to provide good customer service,” he said.
After the ribbon cutting, guests could see the office and enjoy some food and fellowship.
Icon Reality is located at 2802 North University Drive. Business Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week. Longo said the business is open on weekends.
