The J.P. Taravella girls’ volleyball team picked up their first win of the season on Monday.
The Trojans defeated Plantation High School 25-18, 25-9, 25-8 to move to 1-1. After winning 28 matches from 2018-20, the Trojans had only three wins last year.
JPT will play Hollywood Hills High School in their next game on Wednesday, September 14, at 4:30 p.m. The Spartans come in with a record of 4-2 with wins over Northeast, Deerfield Beach, South Broward, and Charles W. Flanagan High School.
