Crunch Fitness is set to open a second location in Coral Springs, offering exercise enthusiasts various fitness options.
On Thursday, Aug 8, they will hold an opening celebration called Sip, Sip Hooray from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Located at 5631 Coral Ridge Drive, the gym officially opens on August 10.
Members who join Crunch can choose from various exercise and personal wellness classes, use the latest workout machines, lift weights, take yoga and Pilates classes, and work with friendly and caring instructors.
According to Maxwell Hunsucker, assistant general manager, the atmosphere of the exercise classes is nonjudgmental. Instructors are pleasant and want to help people achieve their fitness goals.
Several popular exercise programs are available at Crunch, each with a different focus. HIITZone offers high-intensity interval training to help members reduce fat, sculpt muscles, burn calories, and increase metabolism.
Another program is AccelerateHIIT, which involves high-intensity drill-based cardio exercises. PunchHIIT is a demanding workout inspired by martial arts and boxing. StrongHIIT focuses on power and strength to sculpt the body. Finally, ExtremeHIIT is considered the most grueling course offered at Crunch.
“Our instructors are supportive, and we want our gym to be a comfortable place to work out,” she added.
