Ramblewood Middle School is hosting an event to ensure all Raiders are ready to rock the new school year.
The Raiders Rock Orientation, set to take place on the school’s campus, situated at 8505 West Atlantic Boulevard, on Wednesday, August 16, will allow new students to explore the school and pick up their school schedules alongside returning students.
Orientation for 6th graders will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. There, students will receive a special session for providing information and materials to help ensure a smooth transition into their new stomping grounds.
School schedules will be available for pick-up following the orientation, beginning with 6th graders from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
For the 7th and 8th graders, school schedule pick-up will begin at 10:30 a.m. and conclude at noon.
These separate time slots are explicitly designed so new students can concentrate on getting acquainted with their new surroundings. In contrast, upper-grade students have a chance to collect their schedules and reconnect with friends.
