The City of Coral Springs is gearing up for the second installment of the “Move with the Mayor” series.
Commissioner Joy Carter will lead others in pickleball on Thursday, August 8, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Riverside Park on Court #1. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers and to bring their own pickleball paddles.
According to the City of Coral Springs, the “Move with the Mayor” series aims to get residents moving while providing a platform for direct interaction with their local government representatives. Whether you are an experienced pickleball player or a beginner, this event promises an enjoyable evening.
Pickleball is a low-impact sport that’s easy to learn and fun to play. It offers excellent opportunities for physical activity and social interaction.
Riverside Park is located at 205 Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs.
