We have continued providing data after our readers have requested it. Since our last update from the Florida Department of Health eight days ago, positive tested Covid-19 cases in Coral Springs were 3,005. Since then, that number has increased to 3,133, for a difference of only 128 positive tested cases – or 16 new cases a day.

On Aug 20 there were 588,602 positive cases in the State of Florida, and on August 20, there are 615,806 total cases, for an increase of 27,204.

There have been 10,957 total deaths reported in the State. This is 906 more since August 20. In Broward County, there have been 1,175 total deaths. This includes 124 in the past eight days.

The average age of a resident to contract COVID-19 in Broward County is 38-years-old. These figures were verified on August 28, 2020.
