A Coral Springs man has been charged with a host of child pornography crimes, court records show.
Ira Siev, 58, of Riverside Drive, was arrested on March 18 after police found images in his possession showing children as young as three engaged in sex acts, according to records.
Siev is charged with ten counts of possession of child pornography and one count of computer pornography, records show.
He was freed from the Broward Main Jail on 1 $110,000 bond, according to court records.
Siev, who works in the health care field, was considered armed and dangerous before his arrest on an outstanding warrant stemming from the alleged child porn crimes, police records show.
In 2017, Siev did not contest a charge of having been found guilty of professional misconduct in the State of Florida, according to New York State disciplinary records.
Siev’s professional misconduct, which was not described in the records, “would be considered practicing the profession of nursing with gross negligence if committed in New York State,” the records state.
Additional details about the child porn investigation were not included in Siev’s arrest records.
