Students have the opportunity to check out the Coral Glades High School campus at the Jaguar Expedition before the 2021-2022 academic school year.
Hosted by the Student Government Association, the expedition encourages incoming freshmen, sophomores, or new students.
“The Jaguar Expedition is a reoccurring event but was formally called “Freshmen Bootcamp,” said Principal Mark Kaplan.
He added because of shutdowns during the pandemic, the school changed the name and structure of the event to meet the needs of all new students.
“The Jaguar expedition is a great opportunity for all new Jaguars to experience the jungle lobe in person. This includes all students first registering, and for our students registered last year, but home doing distance learning,” said Kaplan.
The Jaguar Expedition takes place on Tuesday, August 10, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The cost is $20. To register, click here. Coral Glades High School is located at 2700 Sportsplex Drive.
