State Rep Hunschofsky to Host Coral Springs Town Hall on Transportation Projects

City representatives have organized a Town Hall to update the community on the progress of ongoing projects to improve road conditions that impact residents’ daily commutes.

State Representative Christine Hunschofsky will host a transportation town hall on Wednesday, November 13, at 7:00 p.m. at the Coral Springs City Hall Commission Chambers, 9500 West Sample Road.

The event has been organized to provide the community with an opportunity to receive updates and ask questions about significant transportation projects, including the vital improvements to Loxahatchee Road that aim to ease congestion and accommodate the future growth of Coral Springs and nearby communities.

The ongoing expansion of the Florida Turnpike will also be a central focus point discussed by representatives from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 4 and the FDOT Turnpike Enterprise.

Representatives will also outline the plans for upgrading the Sawgrass Expressway. These enhancements relieve congestion, especially during peak hours, and improve connections to other major routes in the area.
